‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Olivia Lewis Shares Major Dating Update
Bachelor In Paradise star Olivia Lewis has a major update on her dating life that may surprise some fans. Did she finally confirm the rumors that she’s dating someone from the franchise? Keep reading for all the details.
What’s Going On With Olivia Lewis & Tanner Courtad
Olivia Lewis was a contestant on Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise. But she wasn’t one of the three couples who left the beach together. She found herself in a love triangle with Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock early in the season. However, John Henry ultimately chose Kat and proposed during the season finale. They broke up shortly afterward.
After her brief flirtation with John Henry, Olivia had another brief connection with Michael Barbour. But both Olivia and Michael left BIP single. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that she hung out a lot after filming with Season 9 co-star Tanner Courtad. The two were only friends during the show, but fans hoped romance had brewed once the cameras stopped rolling.
Olivia and Tanner leaned into the speculation with several posts hinting about the status of their relationship. She posted on Instagram just last month about spending time with Tanner in Cleveland, Ohio.
But based on her recent dating update, it doesn’t seem like things turned romantic between Olivia Lewis and Tanner Courtad. In fact, it sounds like she is still single and plans to be for a while. Why?
Bachelor In Paradise Star Olivia Lewis Shares Major Dating Update
The Bachelor Nation star took to TikTok earlier this week with dating advice and an update on her relationship status. She shared a video with the caption, “If you were thinking about settling, here’s your sign not to ❤️🩹 You’ve worked too hard to get to where you are today to lower any standard in any space.”
She revealed the sign in an emotional voice over. “I want to be the happiest I can be and learn the most I possibly can learn about myself and sometimes that means you have to go to a dark place to get to that point. I’m not settling and that can mean people gotta meet me where I’m at.”

Olivia continued, “I’ve worked too hard to feel how I feel today – jobs, experiences, people, relationships, lovers, friends, whatever it is. Gotta meet me here and it doesn’t mean you can’t compromise with people, that’s different. I just allow a certain kind of thing into my life.”
She basically said she won’t date anyone who doesn’t meet her standards and encouraged others not to settle. Do you think her message was a good one? Sound off in the comments.
