Boston Rob Mariano Receives A Penalty

Boston Rob Mariano received a penalty during one of the most important competitions of the season. During the competition, the players had to put the correct number in with their tiles to unlock their map. Amy finished first and was on her way into the maze. Rob then looked over at her tiles and that was against the rules. He then received a three-minute penalty and had to go in way after everyone else. Fans thought he could have caught up to Amy, but he did not. This cost him his game.

What He Truly Thinks About The Penalty

Boston Rob has revealed how he truly felt about the penalty.

“I’ve done this for so many years that as soon as they start with that walkthrough, I’m trying to get a peek to see what kind of advantage I can get, what the puzzle’s going to be, what it looks like the challenge is going to be, and that’s it. They definitely did say, “You can’t look at the other person’s puzzle.” So I own it, dude, They also did say, “It’s up to you whether you want to cover your answer or put your tiles back,” which kind of threw me for a loop. Like if you can’t look at the puzzle, then why would I have to do that?”

It seems he got confused. He also revealed there were a ton of rules to listen to and only a handful of them were shown. However, he has accepted what happened and is taking complete ownership for cheating.

It seems the production could have made the rules confusing. Like why did they have the option to cover their tiles if no one was allowed to look at them? However, he has accepted what he did and is not trying to act like he did nothing wrong. Being on Survivor also did not help with the case. What do you think about it all?
