Daisy Kent Dives Deeper Into Rekindled Romance Details
Bachelor runner-up and fan favorite Daisy Kent is finding out that everything happens for a reason. After her time on the show, rumors flew that perhaps she had rekindled things with an ex. As it turns out, the rumors were true. Now, since the cat is out of the bag, Daisy is opening up more and diving deeper into the details of her rekindled romance with Thor Herbst. Daisy Kent Opened Up More About Her Rekindled Romance
Daisy Kent appeared on the Scrubbing In podcast where she dived deeper into her rekindled romance with Thor Herbst. As it turns out, Daisy and Thor did know each other previously. In fact, they even dated although it was only for a short period of time. After The Bachelor ended, Daisy and Thor found their way back to each other.
She said, “It wasn’t until after the show that we decided to try to give it a go. And we’re giving it a go and it’s going good.”
Daisy revealed that it was four years earlier when they were both at San Diego State University that they briefly dated. He ended things although she believes at the time it was the best thing for them both. She said, “We didn’t date for very long, but we were always really good friends after, and our whole college friend group is super close.”
When they were first together, she admits that neither of them really wanted a relationship and were too busy having fun and enjoying college life.
Now, after he reached out to her when the show ended, things are going great between them.
He’s Been Very Supportive
Daisy Kent also revealed that her new beau Thor Herbst has been very supportive of her. He’s not used to being in the spotlight yet but he’s learning.
She said, “I called him before I was coming here, I was just like, ‘I might get asked about it. Do you want me to not say anything?’ He’s like, ‘Whatever you want to share. But if you ever feel uncomfortable, just say that’s between me and him,’” she said. “So he’s very supportive of what I want to do and all of this too, but he never ever thought this would happen.”
The couple has been spending a lot of time together including time with their families.
