‘LPBW’ Fans React To Tori Roloff’s ‘Go Shorty’ Post To Zach
Little People Big World cast member Tori Roloff shared a post recently that had a lot of viewers rolling their eyes, with others even saying it was in poor taste. So, what did Tori share that caused such a stir?
Little People Big World: Zach Roloff Recently Celebrated His Birthday
A lot of the time, when there is a Little People Big World birthday in the Roloff family, a lot of viewers think it’s one of the many Roloff children. Most recently, it was Zach Roloff’s birthday. The former TLC celeb and father of three officially turned 34.
As longtime Little People Big World fans know, Zach Roloff also shares a birthday with Jeremy Roloff, as they are twins. What’s also interesting about this birthday for Zach is it will be the first one in a long time where he is officially done with TLC.
Zach Roloff lived half his life in front of TLC cameras, filming Little People Big World scenes. Now, he has a new lease on life since quitting the show with his wife, Tori Roloff.
LPBW: Tori Roloff Stirs The Pot On Zach’s Birthday?
Little People Big World fans have gotten used to all sorts of birthday updates from Tori Roloff. When it’s for one of her children, there are usually balloons, presents, and some type of activity. However, Tori’s update for Zach’s birthday this year certainly raised some eyebrows.
Along with wishing her husband a happy birthday, she used the backing track from 50 Cent’s 2003 smash hit, In Da Club. While that by itself isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it’s the lyric section Tori chose in her birthday update video that fans noticed.
She particularly focused on the “Go shawty, it’s your birthday” section of the song. In slang terms, “shawty” is typically a term of endearment. However, in relation to Zach Roloff, many Little People Big World fans interpreted it a different way.
Many fans hear it as “go shorty,” as in, a short person. Since Zach Roloff has dwarfism, many viewers saw this update as a poor choice by Tori Roloff. On the other hand, however, some also appreciated her sense of humor.
