These days, Khloe Kardashian maintains her slimmer figure. Based on the latest numbers, she maintains a healthy 123-lb figure now, which is a far cry from the 200+ she was following the birth of her daughter. According to Khloe, she has been able to maintain her slim physique by cutting out one thing from her diet.
She kick-started her weight loss regimen by cutting out “all sodas.” Once she got the ball rolling by doing that, she began to cut out other things. From the looks of it, this method had a snowball effect that resulted in positive and lasting change.
Kardashian said of her approach: “Little by little I would cut things out. I would do that for a week and then cut out one other thing because I realized I did every diet under the sun when I was younger.”

This approach of cutting out things and adjusting to the depravation may not work for everyone, but it has clearly worked wonders for Khloe Kardashian. This new approach helped her break her toxic cycle of being an “emotional eater.”
This, along with a consistent exercise routine has helped Khloe Kardashian achieve the 123-pound figure she has now. She has even gotten to a place where she can indulge in junk from time to time. According to Khloe, pizza is her “weakness.”
She has trained herself well enough that she can have a cheat meal every now and again without derailing all of the progress she made to get to this point, and her fans love to see it.
