OutDaughtered Star Danielle Busby Had A Mystery Illness
TLC showed the heart tests and other invasive medical checks, and the whole time, doctors seemed unable to diagnose her. Terrified, the mom of Blayke, 13, and the quints, Ava, Olivia, Hazel, Riley, and Parker, 9, feared for her life. Soon after that, the family took a hiatus from filming, and less information arrived.

OutDaughtered Star Gives a 2024 Health Update
The reality TV star spoke with Parade ahead of the new season’s premiere of OutDaughtered. She explained that there’s no “specific diagnosis,” but doctors treat her for “migraines, fibromyalgia, and autoimmune disease.” Actually, it’s been hard on her husband, Adam Busby, because some days she’s well, and other days, she’s quite debilitated. According to the CDC, Fibromyalgia causes terrible pain. It can also cause problems with sleeping properly, and result in “fatigue, and emotional and mental distress.”
TLC fans heard that Danielle Busby doesn’t only use traditional medicine, but she also follows “holistic” treatment like taking various supplements. She added:
I do take certain medications to help with a lot of like the nerve damage and the triggering, that I get up my neck until like the back of my head, which brings on these migraines and whatnot…Now that the kids are getting more independent, my body itself has actually slowed down a lot. So I’ve had a lot of inflammation, a lot of swelling, a lot of weight gain, to losing some weight to weight gain.
It sounds like Adam’s wife will never get better, but she can manage her health through lifestyle, medication, and vitamin supplements. Not everyone can understand a nonspecific diagnosis, but she hopes that some of her TLC fans can “relate” to her autoimmune problems.

I have fibromyalgia it is a real disease everyone treats you like a nut case. Now I have cancer on top of that. Very debilitating but no one seems to care. Your mate either helpful or makes it worse. My case worse he rages every time I feel the worst. Thinks it is mama drama. Let him try it on for pain sometime maybe would understand otherwise. He just doesn’t care if he is alright you are too.
You in there God has this !!! Love the show.
Take care and God bless !!
Thank you. God does have it all. I am confident in that.
I can totally relate. I was in 2 awful car accidents along with 36 hours of labor that ended in c-section. so much turmoil for my body to go through. The triggers in head shoulders, neck and back are horrible. I think only those that experience the same symptoms are truly only ones that understand.
I’ve had flare ups so bad I felt like I was on fire. Weather and stress Definitely don’t help. When Danielle started having issues, I told my Daughter I bet Danielle has Fibro. I could tell with all your symptoms. The weight gain is hard, it’s not always easy to do work outs. Especially like me with herniated disc’s. I can’t do massages either, I can’t take the pressure points.
I hope Danielle gets relief.
