ABC Releases Premiere Date Of The Bachelorette
The Bachelorette premiere date has been set by ABC. Jenn Tran has been excited about the opportunity to look for love after being sent home disappointed by Joey Graziadei on The Bachelor.
Fans will be able to see Jenn’s journey begin on Monday, July 8. ABC shared a stunning photo of Jenn in a deep purple dress and captioned it, “Planting another rose in our garden 🌹 A new season of #TheBachelorette premieres Monday July 8 on ABC and Stream on Hulu!”
Jenn has been filming her season of the show since the week following the season finale of The Bachelor. Fans were shocked when she was announced as the lead. Many believed that either Daisy Kent or Maria Georgas was going to be the new lead. However, both of these ladies reportedly turned the opportunity down.
After the big Bachelorette announcement was made, Jenn went to social media to thank everyone for their support. She also noted what a dream come true it all is.
Not only is she the lead, she’s also the first Asian American lead. She wrote, “Also, FIRST ASIAN BACHELORETTE?! You have no idea how much this moment means to me. Growing up I never got to see anyone who looked like me lead their own love story on TV. To be able to inspire a generation of people to be proud of their culture is something I’m so grateful for. This opportunity to find love as the Bachelorette is so much bigger than myself and I am embracing that whole heartedly.”

Will She Find Love
It’s yet to be seen if Jenn will find the love she’s been looking for. Her season is still filming. Jenn appears to be ready to have fun with the process and even noted on her thank you post for everyone to take a tequila shot for her.
This is the first season the show has not used the traditional Bachelor mansion for limo entrances. What else will producers change up for fans?
