Brittany Cartwright Gives Jax Taylor Separation Update
The Valley star Brittany Cartwright is giving a Jax Taylor separation update as the two recently attended an event together. They were all smiles at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner, even posing for photos. Yet, is this a reconciliation or just a business move? Keep reading for more details.
Brittany Cartwright Gives Jax Taylor Separation Update
It has been two months since Brittany Cartwright confirmed that she and Jax Taylor had split. She had moved out of their Valley Village home and into an Airbnb with their son, Cruz, 3. He has been traveling and was most recently in Canada with Tom Schwartz, Tom Sandoval, and his publicist, Lori Krebs. It is rumored that he and Lori are cozying up as Brittany erased her as her PR contact. She also blocked both Jax and Lori on her social media sending a strong message that they may have done something wrong.
It was rumored that they were coupling up prior to Jax and Brittany announcing their split but, as of now, nothing has come of it. Jax and Brittany had been struggling for some time. They were not intimate despite her wanting a second child. She has said that he has a lot that he needs to change for them to get back together but that does not appear to be happening. Now, Brittany is giving an update since they just showed up at the Correspondents’ Dinner together. According to People, Brittany had this to say: “We’re friendly.”

More so, Brittany Cartwright noted that they are in the “same hotel, different rooms.” The two have been married since the summer of 2019 but had struggles before they tied the knot. Jax had cheated on Brittany but she forgave him until he told her it was over. They then reconciled when his father passed away and he proposed, with their friends and co-stars wondering if he had really changed.
What’s Next?
This is not something new for The Valley couple. Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright admitted that they had been having a hard time for a while. It just hit a breaking point for Brittany to pull the plug and leave. She shared that it was for her mental health and what was best for herself and their son. They do come together when it matters like for Cruz’s third birthday. However, Jax ruined it by dropping the cake but Cruz still seemed to have a good time so that is all that matters.
