Viewers Extremely Annoyed Over CBS ‘Tracker’ Schedule Changes
CBS has a huge hit with the series Tracker. This procedural drama led by This Is Us alum Justin Hartley first premiered after the Super Bowl. The response was positive.
However, fans of the series are now extremely annoyed at the new series due to surprise schedule changes.
What do these fans say?
Tracker Fans Annoyed By CBS Shuffling Air Times
Justin Hartley’s new series Tracker is a huge hit. However, fans are getting annoyed with CBS because they keep missing new episodes due to scheduling changes. The scheduled time is 9 p.m., Eastern. However, it premiered at 10 p.m., Eastern, and on Sunday at 8 p.m., Eastern. Unfortunately, many fans missed this schedule change.
On Monday, on Twitter, one fan shared their frustration. “Does anyone else find it annoying that #Tracker is continually messed around in the schedule by @cbs? #TrackerCBS”
This started a barrage of related frustration.
- Every Sunday. Gets old. Maybe they could learn how to schedule better. Tired of waiting for Tracker.
- And if you record it, you end up losing the end of it, at least that is how Xfinity does it, you can only set it to record for a half hour longer so you end up missing the end if you can’t watch it when it airs.
- CBS Sunday is the worst time for a show between football, basketball and other sports.
- That is exactly why Sunday night shows on #cbs get canceled! They never start on time and of course the station keeps going in and out. Guess I’ll watch it tomorrow night on paramount plus.
- I’m not happy about #Trackercbs starting late. I don’t care about some golf games and put it on sports channels instead!

Tracker Is Based On Novel
There is a reason that so many fans are passionate about the Young and The Restless alum’s new series. Justin Hartley’s new series has a lot of layers.
Firstly, this series is based on Jeffrey Deavers’ book The Never Game. He created the complex character Colter Shaw, whom Justin plays to perfection. A reward seeker, he helps to find people and solve mysteries for individuals, as well as law enforcement.
As Colter solves these mysteries, viewers learn more about his complex life, as well as his father’s mysterious death. Therefore, no one wants to miss a second of this series. Thus, the frustration and annoyance at the schedule changes and delays.

New Justin Hartley Series Has Been Renewed For Season 2
Weeks after Justin Hartley’s new series Tracker premiered, CBS renewed it for Season 2. Moreover, despite the shenanigans with the schedule, this has been the number one viewed new series.
Tracker fans, are you also frustrated at the numerous schedule changes and delays?
I fully agree 1000% with this viewer 1000%! We have lost TV programs on Sunday nights due to over running football games and golf. It’s very annoying when you are invested in the show then it’s gone. They need to transfer to a sports channel, not all DVR’s will extend 15+ minutes…..
I have Xfinity and went to on demand to watch the show . I had dvr’d it and watched what it recorded and it only got 30 mins because of Equalizer and 60 mins had both run over by sports. so I watch on demand and it was preempted by the earlier shows too. !!!!!!! so I never got to see the end . !!! and it was a good one too😡😡
love this program, but unfavorable scheduling…how can we keep up with family background plot, if it’s always being messed up with the time changes….shorten 60 mins, and get Tracker to start as scheduled!
I have said for a long time that CBS needs to do like other networks start 60 minutes at the scheduled start time and announce when the overrun program is done that we now return to our regularly scheduled program already in progress 60 minutes is not as good as the original also when you schedule game 2 on Sunday nfl start all at 4:05 not 4;30 leave 60 minutes at 7:30 that would settle a lot of the problem you already know the game is going to run over that 3hr time slot but you want do it because you don’t give a flip for the fans so let’s do a better job.
