The 90 Day Fiance community was rocked when Angela Deem took to social media to say that Michael Ilesanmi was missing. TLC fans were happy to see Michael in America after all the years it took to get him stateside. However, things quickly imploded between Angela and Michael, and he bolted, leaving his passport and phone.
Michael Ilesanmi was later found by police. He had a second cell phone. After police found him, the man from Nigeria said he feared for his life, and many 90 Day Fiance fans were genuinely concerned for Michael’s well-being, as this isn’t the first time there has been off-camera drama between these two.

Since everything went down, Michael Ilesanmi has been keeping a low profile. A short clip made the rounds in the aftermath in which Michael said he was okay, and that he would update his many followers at a later point. Since then, many 90 Day Fiance fans have been wondering about him and how he is managing, especially navigating things without Angela in a new country.
90 Day Fiance fans have also said for years how they wanted Michael Ilesanmi away from Angela. While their love may have been genuine, Michael and Angela have also been incredibly toxic to one another over the years. Michael is currently charging $75 for a personal shout-out video and $30 for a message. Lots of 90 Day Fiance cast members turn to Cameo for an alternate stream of income. In Michael’s case, he could be using the money to keep himself afloat after everything that went down between him and Angela Deem.
Either way, Michael Ilesanmi resurfacing could be a good sign, as fans still want to hear his side of the story. If he gets himself better situated, it may not be long before he starts spilling the tea and recounting events from his perspective.
Michael popping up on Cameo also comes after Angela Deem removed any mention of TLC from her Instagram bio. Speculation has been going around for weeks that TLC officially gave Angela the boot.
