Over a year and a half ago, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann nearly lost their Georgia mansion to foreclosure. They owed over one million dollars to the IRS but were somehow able to save the house. Then, it was scheduled again for foreclosure and possible auction in early 2023. Again, Kim and Kroy saved it but they soon filed for divorce. Kim proceeded to open up her wardrobe on The Biermann’s Closet to sell all lavish items including the hair on her head. Eventually, she was selling Kroy’s high-end shoes while they were slammed with lawsuits and Kroy lost his Rolls-Royce.

Recently, their eldest daughter, Brielle Biermann’s Range Rover was repossessed and it has come out in the past that Kim loves to gamble. This could have contributed to where the family is financially. Kroy stated that he has not seen a dime from all of the money Kim made from selling personal merch. Now, the father of six has filed paperwork, according to TMZ, on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024. In these papers, Kroy is detailing the absurd ways that Kim spent over $600K.

In these docs, Kroy Biermann shared that Kim Zolciak dropped over $269K at Neiman Marcus, $306K+ at Saks Fifth Avenue, more than $64K at Agent Provocateur, and $22K at Chanel and Versace. This was over a seven-year time period but that is not all. He has also claimed Kim dropped around $228K on bitcoin and lottery tickets between 2021 and 2022. Finally, he is making it known that this excessive spending is the core reason for their divorce as she clearly does not care what she does.

Hiding Money

While Kim Zolciak is fine with dropping a ton of money on lavish goods, which she is now selling, Kroy Biermann has another claim. He believes his estranged wife is now hiding money away in a private account. Now, the former reality star shared that she did not have to sell her items because she needed the money. Rather, Kim told her followers that she had too much. The couple is still trying to sell their home which was originally priced at six million dollars. It is now listed at $4.5 million as the bank gave them grace to sell it up until January 2024. Seems they have a tad more leeway.
