Daisy Kent gained popularity on The Bachelor for her sweetness and innocence, but she has a naughty side. She once starred in an NSFW video before the reality show. Now Daisy is breaking her silence on the controversial music video. Keep reading to learn more about the situation.

Fans Shocked By Raunchy Video

Daisy Kent was presented on The Bachelor as a wholesome girl from the Midwest who grew up on a quant Christmas tree farm. The Hallmart-esque backstory included a struggle with health issues that robbed her of her hearing.

But before she lost her hearing, Daisy Kent sang vocals alongside up-and-coming rapper Abe$ in 2021. She also appeared in the music video, which Bachelor Nations unearthed on YouTube. The video has since been made private, likely due to newfound interest.

What made the music video and song so interesting was the questionable lyrics. The song’s raunchy chorus includes the lines, You can lick on my sack—suck my nuts now.”

One place the video still exists is in a Reddit thread from two months ago. Bachelor Nation fans could not believe what they were seeing or hearing. Check out some of the comments:

  • W…T…F?!? And she was acting like she was struggling through major health issues the last few years.
  • How many times does he say lick suck on my nuts is it part of the chorus lol a helluva chorus
  • Wellllll this is a different side of Daisy I never expected
  • Oh my god this is one of the cringiest things I’ve ever seen
  • Crazy that this is the same girl that had an intro package equivalent of being America’s Sweetheart LOL. Bachelor producers and PR work hard.

Bachelor Nation alum Nick Viall got wind of the video and speculated that it would ruin her chances of being the next Bachelorette. His prediction came true after Jenn Tran officially got the gig, though it’s unclear if the NSFW video did play a part in the network’s decision.

In addition to Daisy Kent, Bachelor Season 28 contestant Maria Georgas was also rumored to be in the running for Bachelorette. Neither has spoken out about whether the rumors are true or why they turned it down.

But Daisy Kent did finally speak out about the controversial music video. She made a post on Instagram reflecting on her time on the ABC dating show. Daisy ended her post with, “No more roses, just daisies.”

One of her followers replied that those words sounded like the name of a bar. The Season 28 contestant gave a response of her own. “Should I make another music video,” she wrote.

It’s unclear what prompted such a random response. Daisy Kent is a guest on Nick Viall’s podcast next week, so maybe she will address the NSFW video in more detail.
