Katie and Travis recently took to social media to share clips and pictures from their packing. The Bringing Up Bates star even shared a vlog featuring their mostly empty home. Katie also added in another post that she had to pack most of her clothes in their bedroom as someone from FB was on their way to pick up her bedroom set.

Katie revealed in a vlog that Travis’ decision to pursue a music career in Nashville was one of the main reasons for their relocation. It will also be a challenge for Travis, as he will have to drive back and forth from Nashville to their rental home in Knoxville.

Katie also took to social media to share an emotional message as her family bid farewell to their New Jersey home. She even shared pictures of their U-Haul carrying some of the items they kept. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, they just finished packing after two years of “amazing memories.” And despite the new adventures waiting for them in Tennessee, Katie Bates Clark said their hearts will forever cherish what they’ve made in New Jersey.

“Still, no matter where we go, “home” will always be anywhere with this amazing crew,” she added. Meanwhile, several members of the Bates family can’t wait to get close to the married couple. One of them is Carlin Bates Stewart, who expressed her excitement to finally spend time with her sister.

In an IG Stories post, Katie revealed that they finally arrived in Tennessee. However, the Bringing Up Bates star also thanked her in-laws as well as her rarely-seen brother, Warden Bates, for driving the truck for them. It also appears that Warden is one of the first siblings of Katie to welcome her family back to Tennessee.

Katie Bates Clark has also expressed her desire to be around her sisters’ businesses while she’s in Tennessee. But she clarified that she won’t be working for either of them, suggesting that their move to Nashville is not permanent.
