Seemingly giving a nod to KUWTK, the two have announced their new upcoming podcast, Keeping Up With Sports.
Both Caitlyn Jenner and Lamar Odom had marriages in the Kardashian family. Caitlyn Jenner kicked off the Kardashian-Jenner line with her marriage to Kris Jenner from 1991 to 2015. Likewise, Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian shared a marriage from 2009 until their divorce in 2016. KUWTK ran from 2007 and 2021, giving Caitlyn and Lamar plenty of screen time together. Leonard Bottles Up His Emotions
Sadly, Sugar Ray Leonard confesses to Caitlyn Jenner and Lamar Odom that he bottled up his emotions “for 10, 15, 20 years” from the alleged incident. Recalling, “But when I did say it, I broke down like a baby. I cried so hard because I was hurting.” Compassionately, Lamar adds, “You were holding it so long.” Furthermore, Leonard admits, “Yeah, you can’t do that and I learned the hard way. Sometimes I don’t heed my own advice.”
Caitlyn Jenner Brings In The Topic Of Mixed Martial Arts
Caitlyn Jenner brings up an area Sugar Ray Leonard is excelling in, mixed martial arts. Saying, “It’s taken, I think, a little bit of the steam away from professional boxing.” Then she adds, “You don’t see it quite as much but, boy, you see the UFC on all the time … their marketing, obviously, that’s worked very well.” But Leonard expresses it doesn’t bother him. “Bruce Lee was one of my idols. I have no problem with that. It’s going to continue to change.”
Lamar follows up Caitlyn Jenner’s discussion saying fans “probably trust the UFC a little more.” Noting, “I don’t know if people trust the outcome of boxing.” Agreeing, Sugar Ray Leonard says boxing has “too many self-governing bodies.” Furthermore adding, “At one point, it was OK because it was hard getting a title fight. But now, again, it was like the contender and it just doesn’t happen.”
