Kristin Cavallari Details How Mark Estes Won Her Over
For a very long time, fans knew Kristin Cavallari from the MTV reality series, Laguna Beach. She then had a stint on the spinoff, The Hills, and tried her hand at acting. However, she did come back to reality television with Very Cavallari but it has been her personal life that has caused a lot of chatter. She was married to Jay Cutler, a former pro football player. Together, the two had three children but ended up divorcing after nine years. Luckily, Kristin had other outlets to keep her distracted such as her Uncommon James jewelry line. It branched out and she even authored four books.
Cavallari came back to her Laguna roots with her former co-star and ex-boyfriend, Stephen Colletti with the Back to the Beach podcast. Once that ended, she started her own, Let’s Be Honest, and now, she is opening up about her new love, Mark Estes. According to Us Weekly, Kristin, 37, took to the pod to share everything about her and Mark, starting with the age gap:
“Me dating a 24-year-old is not something that I was searching out. It’s not something that I at all ever thought would ever happen. I understand what it looks like to the outside world. I really do. I get that. He is not a typical 24-year-old.”

Their cute launch photo was taken in Mexico where Kristin Cavallari shared she was shooting for Uncommon James. Estes accompanied her and shared the sweet gesture he made prior to a vacay dinner date:
“The thought that went into that blows my mind because he could have gone and gotten me a bouquet of flowers and just brought them back to the room and given them to me. But he hid them. He came up with his little story. The whole thing was just so f–king sweet.”
The Initial Meeting
Obviously, their lifestyles are very different as Kristin Cavallari is a mother and a businesswoman. As for Mark Estes, he is a former college football player. Plus, he is part of the TikTok group, Montana Boyz. Therefore, how would their paths cross? She actually followed them on the social media forum and finally, decided to interact with them. “Three weeks later, I get a DM on Instagram from the Montana Boyz that just said, ‘I love you.’” Soon enough, she booked them as pod guests. However, it did take some time for Mark to make a move.
“That attraction was always there, but when I met him, I was like, he’s actually a really nice, good guy. He’s very sweet from the jump. He was so sweet to me.”
Luckily, her kids have met him and they very much like him but more than that, they want her to be happy. Admittedly, she did struggle with the age gap but realized that this was the real deal and did not care anymore. Finally, Kristin had this to say:
“I’m following his lead on this, you guys. … I’m not going to put everything on blast — because I do care about him and this is different. I do want to, kind of, keep this one close to my chest, but he’s in a place where he’s ready for a relationship. And so here we f–king are.”
