Little People Big World pair Caryn Chandler and Matt Roloff are engaged now, but, that’s not how things started for these two. Amy Roloff found her husband, Chris Marek, out in the wild. Matt Roloff didn’t have to look very far to find his next relationship.
Caryn Chandler was the manager of Roloff Farms. Matt Roloff said back in 2017 that her sense of logic is “very compatible” with his. Matt Roloff would often lock horns with his ex, Amy Roloff. However, Matt and Caryn clearly get along, and all these years later, they are still going strong as a couple.

Matt Roloff was able to keep things a secret from Caryn until he finally pulled the ring out. Caryn Chandler says in teasers that she had “no idea” that a proposal was even in the works. By that point, Matt had already let her parents know his plans, and he even kept her friends in the loop as well.
Little People Big World: How Matt Finally Asked Caryn To Marry Him
Matt Roloff waited for sunset while he and Caryn were at their home in Arizona. They were in their backyard with “cozy vibes,” according to Caryn.
Matt Roloff had the ring in a box that he had in his pocket. He asked Caryn to marry him right as he pulled the box out. Caryn Chandler says in Little People Big World spoilers that she was “shocked” once Matt asked her to be his officially, and that they both took a moment to “absorb” everything and let things sink in.
Little People Big World cast member Matt Roloff said previously that Caryn Chandler is his “rock.” So, it’s only fitting that he finally gave her a rock to kick off their engagement officially.
Caryn and Matt both said that they plan to have their ceremony in 2024, with a “simple but elegant wedding.” In upcoming Little People Big World scenes, viewers finally get to see what went into Matt putting a ring on it.
