Jax Taylor Visited Ill Sister Amid Split Speculation
Jax Taylor recently took a trip to Canada with former Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Schwartz. The trip fueled split rumors after the former playboy was spotted cozying up to another woman. Interestingly, this is the same woman that Bachelorette star Blake Moynes was once rumored to be dating.
Jax Taylor quickly shut down the rumors. The couple addressed the situation on the latest episode of their When Reality Hits podcast. It turns out that Jax didn’t head right home after his Canadian escapades. He stopped to visit his family in Michigan and spend time with his sister, who was recovering from surgery.
Brittany said she was “glad” Jax got to see his family but pointedly said, “Obviously, I was with Cruz all weekend.” Ouch! What else did she reveal about their marriage?

Jax and Brittany have been married just shy of five years. Brittany took the opportunity on their podcast to address the rumors swirling. She didn’t want to say too much because “some people do deserve to have their privacy.”
However, she candidly revealed that “marriage is hard and people go through ups and downs all the time.” She added that it is “completely normal” for these bumps in the road.
The Jenny Craig spokeswoman seemed to hint there was some truth to rumors that the married couple aren’t living together. Us Weekly reported that Brittany said, “Sometimes people might need their space [and] sometimes they won’t.”
Denies Rumors Are Publicity Stunt
The outlet notes that Jax Taylor was silent throughout Brittany’s revelations. She also wanted to clear up speculation that the rumors were created to promote their upcoming Bravo show.
Jax and Brittany are returning to TV this spring in the Bravo spinoff The Valley. The new reality series follows Jax and Brittany and a few other couples from the neighborhood, including Kristen Doute.

“We filmed The Valley months ago — months and months and months ago,” Brittany said. In case there was any doubt, she added, “I just want to make that very clear: no publicity stunts here.”
