‘Golden Bachelor’ Joan Vassos Writes Special Valentine’s Poem

Joan Vassos left Gerry Turner’s Golden Bachelor early, but not before she participated in the talent show. So, ABC fans know that she is rather good at poetry. This Valentine’s Day, she wrote a poem and shared it with her fans. Many of them thought it seemed very charming.

When she left the Golden Bachelor, the attractive contestant seemed to be getting some attention from Gerry Turner. However, she explained that her daughter contacted her and a mom’s always a mom. As she felt needed after her daughter’s baby arrived by C-Section, she had to go home. Actually, some people slammed the daughter because they felt she acted selfishly.

Joan Vassos did not make it back to the show, but she did not remain silent. In fact, she arrived on social media with her list of New Year’s resolutions and decided to make a difference in her community. Like so many of the other women, the contestants on Golden Bachelor supported each other a lot. So, she wanted to continue reaching out to others. It’s not surprising that she dedicated her Valentine’s Day poem to her fellow contestants and her followers.

Golden Bachelor Alum Shared Valentine’s Day Poem

On February 14, the talented ABC alum took to her Instagram, and in her reel, she spoke about how she’d done some poetry during the “talent show” on Golden Bachelor. So, she decided to write a poem for her followers and friends. In fact, she managed to say most of that in rhyme as well. In her main poem, she said:

I couldn’t let this day of love pass me by,

because I’m filled with love, that’s not a lie.

Don’t get too excited, there’s no hot date down on one knee,

my heart’s full of love because my friends and family love me.

And this year, there came a little more room in my heart,

for a new tribe of friends who live many miles apart.

We embarked on a journey to find love but got so much more,

So this year, my heart goes to the 21 golden girls that I adore.

Next, the ABC alum wished the “whole Bachelor Nation family” a wonderful “Valentine’s Day.”
