Who Are The Guys On ‘Love & Translation’?
TLC recently premiered a new dating show titled Love & Translation. It features American men trying to find “the one” in a group of women from different parts of the world. However, what makes the show interesting is that all of the women don’t speak or understand English, while the men don’t speak their native languages. The three participants recently surfaced online and shared some details about themselves. Keep reading to see who the guys are in the newest dating show.
What Is The Concept Of Love & Translation?
Aside from the language barrier and cultural differences, Love & Translation also put the contestants in a remote villa located in the Dominican Republic. The three men don’t have a translator as well. Due to this, they must do what they can to find their potential soulmate. TLC has already released several episodes. But it seems fans still want to know more about the participants’ backgrounds.
Who Are The Three Participants?
Love & Translation premiered with three participants, Dylan, Kahlil, and Tripp. Each comes from a different background, but they all have one goal in mind when entering the show. 21-year-old Dylan hails from Miami, Florida. He’s a self-proclaimed “Mama’s boy” and spent his childhood with his parents. During an interview, Dylan revealed that traveling to Ibiza made him realize that he likes to meet foreign women due to his interest in getting to know more about their culture.
On the other hand, 24-year-old Kahli wasn’t sure what he was looking for when he signed up for the show. He also added that he’s not a “reality TV person” and has been single throughout his entire life, which could make his journey more difficult. Nevertheless, he’s motivated to finally find his woman.
Tripp is the third contestant in Love & Translation. The 30-year-old Los Angeles native works as a personal trainer and was contacted by a casting director to join the show. During his interview, he revealed that he wanted to be alone for a while and heal from his past relationships. “I had a lot of growth and development to do on my own,” he added and said that the show may be the perfect opportunity to open his heart again.
Love & Translation: Things Are Getting More Interesting

There were also tensions during the latest episode as the men selected their next dates.
The fourth episode of Love & Translation will air on February 18, 2024. According to TLC, the new couples will test out their connections on “sit-down dates.” Meanwhile, the other women who were left back at the house plan a wild lingerie party.
