Gerry Turner picked up some haters when he sent Leslie Fhima home and chose Theresa Nist on the Golden Bachelor, and some of them troll him. Unfortunately, it comes with the ABC package. However, people who try and bully a man in their 70s can’t expect to get away with it because he claps back, in a gentlemanly way.

Once the finale of Season 1 of The Golden Bachelor aired, Theresa Nist and her man were free to share their photos of themselves enjoying life together. Although he still lives in Indiana, he travels to New Jersey to see his love. Actually, it’s believed that he might settle there rather than move to South Carolina.

Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist explore the restaurants and the cultural side of life in New Jersey at the moment. That means that he gets to know three of her grandchildren a bit better. So, on their dates, they sometimes take the family along for some fun. However, he recently picked up a troll while talking about that.

Golden Bachelor Troll Tries To Take Down Gerry Turner, Fails

Few days ago, Gerry Turner enjoyed time with his new grandson. On the same day that he shared that, he and Theresa Nist had enjoyed time at the old Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey. In that post, a troll appeared and gave him some cutting words. All he’d said in the caption was:

On a cold wet day in January, this is a great place for family adventure.

Really, there wasn’t much to troll, but a story by Life & Style noted a troll tried to crash the fun by accusing him of advertising. In the comments section on Instagram, they wrote, “Wish you the best, but can you just stop advertising and move on.”

How did Gerry Turner React? Well, he put them in their place with his reply :

Not advertising, we have nothing to ‘sell’ except the themes of our season HOPE, HEART [and] HUMOR. We want everyone to enjoy life and be open to new possibilities.

In the comments, Bachelor Nation fans also told off the troll.

they’re capturing and sharing memories. They aren’t advertising anything other than love and joy. What’s so wrong with that in a world filled with so much hate, violence and war? Please go troll someone else.
