After all, he told her that she was the one for him. At the time, he got a bashing because he also let Theresa Nist hear similar sentiments. So now, they want her to be the first Golden Bachelorette.

The Golden Bachelor Outcome Made Leslie’s Family Angry
The Sun reported that Leslie’s family is not at all happy with Gerry. Just like many fans, they criticize the way he told more than one woman that he loved them. When Gerry broke the news that she wasn’t the right person for him, the grandmother felt devastated. After all, he led her to believe that he loved her. So, he squirmed a bit and explained that back then, it felt like he loved her.
Recalling that, the family of Leslie Fhima grew angry. An unnamed member of the family told the outlet that he shouldn’t have ever said he loved her so early in the show.
Yeah, I have an opinion … you don’t say those kind of things to a 64-year-old grandmother unless you mean them! I was disappointed about that.
