Did Ashley Iaconetti Slip On Second Baby Gender?
This week, Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon revealed they are expecting their second baby. After sharing that she is 13 weeks pregnant, they have been talking more and more about baby number two. On her podcast with Ben Higgins, Ashley was talking about her pregnancy and said something that has fans thinking she slipped up and revealed the gender. Keep reading to see what happened and if she really slipped.
Did Ashley Iaconetti slip up on baby gender?
Just two days ago, Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon announced to Bachelor Nation they are expecting their second baby. On the Almost Famous podcast, Ashley and Ben Higgins were talking about her pregnancy. She had previously revealed that she and Jared already knew the gender of their baby. However, they had not shared that with fans yet.
They may not have been ready to reveal it but it looks like Ashley may have slipped. On the podcast, Ashley was talking about how the baby and Dawson will be almost exactly two and a half years apart. She and Jared really wanted this similar age gap between their children. However, when she was trying to kid it sounded like there was a b before it as if she almost said this boy. She quickly changed her words and said this kid.
She went on to say that her due date is July 29 which is almost Dawson’s half birthday. Their first son Dawson will turn two this month. Do you think Ashley did slip up and accidentally reveal their second child’s gender?
How has her pregnancy been going?
When Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon announced they are having another baby, they also spoke with People. Ashley is officially in her second trimester and shared how she has been feeling this time around.
Ashley said this pregnancy has been much easier than her pregnancy with Dawson. She said, “I had hyperemesis gravidarum last time, so that meant that basically I threw up almost every, well, I threw up multiple times a day up to about 30 weeks. And the first 16 to 18 weeks were just absolutely debilitating.”
Ashley also admitted that she really doesn’t like being pregnant. She said, “So I’m just so freaking grateful that I’m not experiencing that. I haven’t been great. I don’t like the feeling of being pregnant. I never want to feel this again. Just don’t like it.”

She also admitted that with Dawson she experienced gender disappointment. However, prior to getting pregnant this time, she said she is much less concerned about that and really doesn’t care if it’s another boy.
Time will tell if she did actually slip up and reveal they are having a baby boy. What do you think?
