Hallmark Announces ‘WCTH’ Season 11 Premiere Date
Hearties have been waiting for this day. WCTH Season 10 ended with a shocking cliffhanger. In addition, Elizabeth broke off her engagement to Lucas. Therefore, the wedding was canceled.
Now, the Hallmark Channel has set a premiere date for When Calls The Heart Season 11. This season will focus on “renewal and redemption.” Here are all the details on the series based on the Janette Oke books.
Hallmark Has Set A Return Date For WCTH Season 11
On Tuesday, ET Online reported that the Hallmark Channel has announced the WCTH Season 11 premiere date. This will be on Sunday, April 7, at 9 p.m., Eastern. This season is 12-episodes long.
Erin Krakow, who is not only the star of the series, but also an executive producer, is very happy about Season 11.
Time has flown by since the end of Season 10 and I cannot put into words how thrilled I am for the premiere of Season 11 of When Calls The Heart. It’s such a warm feeling to know that we have the loyalty, love, and longevity to make it this far and that is a true testament to our viewers.
After thanking everyone involved with the Hallmark series, she promised, “Season 11 delivers more heart than ever before.”

What Will Happen In WCTH Season 11?
Firstly, the “Lucas cliffhanger” will be resolved early in WCTH Season 11. However, the newly elected Governor has a lot to deal with. That means dealing with his past, which appeared to be a bit sketchy, and then helping move “Hope Valley into the future.”
In addition, Bill and Rosemary team up. There is a new Hope Valley mystery that threatens the town. Can they resolve this before anything drastic happens?
Finally, Elizabeth has done a pivot. Everything is. new and fresh now. That includes changing her look, as well as a potential new romance. She is renewed and refreshed and no longer traumatized by Jack’s death.
As hinted in Season 10, Elizabeth and Nathan will start to find romance, that is, when they are not dealing with the challenges of being a parent.

Will Chris McNally Return As Lucas Bouchard For When Calls The Heart Season 11?
Now that Lucas Bouchard is Governor, and moving to the big city, will Chris McNally be part of WCTH Season 11? According to showrunner Lindsay Sturman, who spoke about the upcoming season, Chris McNally is back.
We can assure everyone that Lucas is back for Season 11. He’s a huge part of Hope Valley and always will be. But, there’s definitely a cliffhanger and a few mysteries packed in there, and all will be revealed next season.
The best news is that “next season” is coming soon. The premiere of WCTH Season 11 is Sunday, April 7, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel.
