Gerry Turner Charms Fans With His New Grandson

Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner not only found a new wife in Theresa Nist, but he also found six new grandsons, and this week, he charmed ABC fans with a photo and a sweet comment. It came after he and his family spent the day enjoying some fun at the old Bell Works in Holmdel, New Jersey.

Gerry Turner Hangs Out With New Grandsons

Dempsey, Leo, Henry, Brandon, Brody, and Braxton expanded Theresa’s husband’s grandchildren to a total of eight. He has two daughters and two granddaughters named Payton and Charlee. During the holidays, the grandsons gave the Golden Bachelor lead a chance to do boy things and they enjoyed some soccer.

It’s a brand new experience for Gerry Turner to be a grandfather of boys. Obviously, he loves his family, but he seemed thrilled that he became an instant grandpa to boys as well. Tommy Nist, Theresa’s son lives in South Carolina, so he probably won’t spend as much time with his sons as he can with Jen Woolston’s three boys.

On Saturday, the new grandfather posted a photo on Instagram of one of the boys eating an ice cream on an outing. He looked very cute, and that touched his heart. In his caption, he expressed his feelings tenderly:

An unexpected simple pleasure. Watching my new grandson attack an ice cream cone without a care in the world.
