‘Sister Wives’ Fans Question Meri Brown’s Friendship with Robyn
Sister Wives fans just want to see Meri Brown happy after leaving Kody. It leads to a lot of questions about her relationships with some of the other wives, particularly Robyn Brown.
There has been a lot of change to the Brown family over recent years. Christine started it, but it was clear that Janelle and Meri were also unhappy with the way Kody treated them compared to the way he treated Robyn. Yet, while Christine and Janelle have supported each other, Meri has been on the sidelines, leading to a questionable friendship with Robyn. In the Season 18 Tell-All, Robyn Brown admitted to the world her good friend, Kendra, was feeding her info about Meri during the dark catfishing time. She then relayed it to Kody, planting seeds of distrust in Kody towards his always loyal wife Meri. Read on to see more selfish and gross incidents about Robyn and her friendship with Meri.
Meri Didn’t Want Christine To Leave In Sister Wives
Fans will remember the discussions that happened during Sister Wives Season 17. Christine made it clear that she was finished with the relationship. Janelle supported her, but Meri made it clear that she wasn’t happy. Meri sided with Robyn with concerns about the family breaking up, suggesting they had a closer relationship. The last of the OG Sister Wives is happy with her life now, but fans still question her friendship with one of the wives in particular.
Why Is Meri Friends With Robyn?
A fan took to Reddit to share their opinions about the friendship status between each of the wives. The biggest focus was on how Robyn didn’t act as a true friend. Instead of encouraging Meri to get out of this loveless marriage, Robyn constantly encouraged Kody’s first wife to stick around and persevere. Fans noticed that this was for selfish reasons, and this fan noted that Robyn’s actions were “so disgusting.”
The fan thinks that Meri has more in common with Christine and Janelle when it comes to her feelings toward Kody. Kody treated all three in a bad way, especially once Robyn came into their lives. Meri could have apologized for her actions toward the other two exiting wives so all three could support each other. It’s clear from the way Christine and Janelle hang out together that leaving the marriage hasn’t meant leaving the family behind. However, Meri doesn’t seem to have anything in common with any of the wives.
One fan jumped in agreeing with the original poster, sharing that Robyn likely fed Meri some “BS” when it came to the family, leading to Meri making the choice to side with Robyn instead of the other two wives.

One poster has questioned whether Meri and Robyn are even still friends. It certainly hasn’t looked so with Meri’s Instagram feed. She is focused on her own life rather than looking back on her time with Kody and the other wives. We need Sister Wives Season 19 to find out.
