Recent throwback photos reveal just how much Khloe Kardashian has altered her face with cosmetic surgery over the past five years.
The reality TV star looked like a whole different person in her newest snaps on social media. These extreme changes in her face via cosmetic work left a lot of her followers asking who was really in the photo as they didn’t believe it was her.

Khloe Kardashian Gets More Cosmetic Work, Fans Confused
According to The Sun, Khloe Kardashian treated her followers to some selfies on SnapChat over the weekend. The plethora of selfies featured Khloe sitting in a vehicle with the camera flipped around to face her. Turns out, per her caption, these were throwback selfies from the memories on her phone.
Fans were floored at how different she looked in these old selfies. And, not just because she’s aged five years. She looked like a whole different person.

“Five years ago today,” Khloe captioned the collection of selfies. The reality TV star utilized a snowflake-themed filter. Sparkles from the filter could be seen floating above her head like the night sky. Furthermore, there was a snowflake floating on the side of her forehead.
The filter turned her complexion a milky shade of white without her usual sun-kissed tan. Her milky complexion paired well with her bleach-blonde hair that framed her face and glided down her shoulders. She had pink smokey eye shadow that she paired with a thick black eyeliner. Khloe highlighted her smokey pink eyeshadow with the same shade of pink on her thick lips.
Fans Don’t Recognize Her
The combination of the heavy filters and the years of cosmetic work left fans shocked. Many admitted she looked like a whole different person in these photos. They hardly recognized her. Some even outright asked if the photos were really of her.
