Before opening his own business in California, Bryan had a practice in Florida. According to Radar Online, he was licensed in Kentucky and Pennsylvania, too. At least, he was in 2017.

The outlet reported that year about a 2016 fraud lawsuit Bryan faced from the All State Insurance Company in Pennsylvania. He was accused of “false medical documentation.”

That included allegedly sending patients for unnecessary MRIs and committing insurance fraud to “obtain payments from All State for treatment that was never rendered, was medically unnecessary, and was not lawfully rendered.”

Dr. Abasolo and others named in the lawsuit denied the allegations. The case was dismissed in 2017 “without costs or fees to any party,” according to Radar Online.

Bachelor Nation Fans Uncover More

However, a Bachelor Nation fan on Reddit claims there were other lawsuits against the chiropractor when he was working in Florida.

The conversation kicked off when they wrote, “I have disliked Bryan ever since the medical malpractice/Florida Department of Health/All State suits came to light over his insurance fraud and his improper treatment of a three-year-old patient” in a comment about the divorce.

When asked for details from another Redditor, the OP shared more. “The Florida Department of Health filed a complaint against him for rendering chiropractic services that were excessive in quantity and/or not age-appropriate for a three-year-old child,” they claimed.

According to them, Bryan Abasolo allegedly faced consequences from the complaint.

“As a result, he was subject to a year-long monitoring period by the Florida DOH, was forced to take ethics classes (along with record-keeping classes and risk-management classes), had a letter of concern placed on his record, and had to pay tens of thousands of dollars in fines. In addition to whatever settlement he eventually reached with All State in the wake of their separate lawsuit against him.”
