Which Peacock Reelz Channel Airs Live ‘On Patrol’ Episodes?
New episodes of On Patrol: Live air on Friday and Saturday nights via the Reelz channel. Those without cable can also catch the episodes live via Peacock. Turns out, Peacock offers two different Reelz channels.
One of the channels is simply the Reelz channel. The other channel is called Reelz On Patrol Live. Taking to Reddit, fans of the OP Nation asked for clarification on the two different chances. More specifically, the OP of the question asked which channel airs the new episodes live.
Fortunately, other fans of On Patrol: Live knew all about the two different Peacock channels. These fans were more than happy to explain.
So, which Peacock channel is home to new live episodes of On Patrol: Live when they air? Keep reading for the breakdown.
Which Peacock Reelz Channel Airs Live On Patrol Episodes?
One fan of the series took to Reddit to question what the difference between the two channels was: “I just now saw that Reelz is on Peacock, but there’s a regular ‘Reelz’ channel and a dedicated ‘Reelz On Patrol Live’ channel. Both channels play OPL, but which one airs when it’s actually live?”
The individual went on to share what they assumed was the answer. They, however, were hoping someone else could jump in to confirm.
I’d assume the Reelz On Patrol Live channel would but that one could just be all the past ones shows and not air live episodes. I saw a post here that they aren’t airing live this weekend & idk when they’ll be back, so can’t tell which Reelz channel airs it while live.
The fan went on to ask if someone could clarify when new episodes air. Turns out, they have not watched the show since it was on A&E as Live PD. They, however, were happy to learn it was on Peacock and hoped to start watching again.
Only One Is A Real Channel
Turns out, only one of Peacock’s Reelz channels is a real channel. The Reelz Channel is where fans turn to catch live episodes of On Patrol: Live. The other channel is just a dedicated feed for the series. Reelz On Patrol Live is an On Demand way for Peacock subscribers to watch other episodes of the series.
One fan offered the answer to all of the OP’s questions: “The Reelz channel is the actual feed of the Reelz cable channel. The Reelz On Patrol Live ‘channel’ is not actually a channel, but random OPL episodes on demand. The show is on 9-12 (Eastern) on Fridays and Saturdays. OPL First Shift is on before the main show, at 8.”
Sadly, others chimed in to add the OP was not missing anything. These fans argued On Patrol: Live was not nearly as interesting to watch as Live PD was. Others agreed they also missed Live PD.
Unfortunately, new episodes of the series aren’t airing this weekend due to the holidays. Fans, however, can watch old episodes On Demand via Peacock.
