‘Below Deck Down Under’ Jason Chambers Talks Big Changes Season 3
Captain Jason Chambers talked about Season 3 of Below Deck Down Under, and he wants to make some changes. Whether his ideas extend to the guests doesn’t seem clear. However, it probably would apply to the crew. As for spoilers, well, they have not yet started filming, so there are none. However, Bravo will change a few policies.
Captain Jason Chambers Is Popular But Not Consulted
From seeing BravoCon, it seems that the hunky caption is very popular. He’s popular with crew members like Aesha Scott. She and her boss have a close relationship like siblings do. Because he likes to help out with mundane jobs, the crew likes the way he doesn’t just sit in glory and splendor in his cabin. Actually, he’s a team player, and that’s not unusual in Australia.
The good-looking man got the attention of Lala Kent during BravoCon. Oh, not to mention a ton of other people who wouldn’t mind slipping between the sheets with him. While he might bring some thirsty viewers to watch Below Deck Down Under, Captian Jason Chambers isn’t consulted about what happens when filming. He is kept at a distance from the production of the show. But, that might soon change.

Below Deck Down Under Changes Proposed
He might be Captain Yummy to viewers, but to his crew, his actions mean the difference between a job and no job. And, people like Luke Jones. and Laura Bileskalne found that out. Of course, a good captain also needs to think about the health and safety of the vessel, the charter guests, and the crew. Speaking with InTouch Weekly, he revealed that usually, he has zero input on the production side of the show.
Captain Jason Chambers also mentioned that NBC and Bravo will make some changes to that. So going forward, the captains might be able to have their say. One thing that he wants is changes regarding alcohol. If you don’t know, the working crew are not allowed to drink. However, dockside or on downtime, there’s a lot of it that goes on. Plus, many guests get out of hand after consuming too much.
Changes To Alcohol Policy By Captain Jason Chambers?
Did you know that in many places, if a bartender keeps serving someone until they are over the limit, and something goes wrong, they and their employers can be held liable? – (Campbell and Associates.) In Australia, they are strict on that and will refuse service if someone is getting drunk. So, why not apply that to a vessel? Captain Jason Chambers said that he’d like to “advocate [for] no alcoholic beverages.”
That would be great from a captain’s point of view because the safety aspect is still there and the more I look back on the episodes…I don’t see anything until the audience does. I actually obviously will implement my own style going forward for season three. Whether that’s in tune with NBC or Bravo, I’m not sure, but I definitely will be putting my two cents in as a captain going into season 3.
