‘My 600-lb Life’: Justin McSwain Stuns In New Weight Loss Pics
My 600-lb life alum Justin McSwain had one of the most inspiring journeys in Season 7. He appeared in the show at 687 lbs. The South Carolina native was struggling to perform any basic task. He couldn’t even fit in cars and almost lost his temper when he wasn’t able to fit in the vehicle he was supposed to use to get to Dr. Now. He also hated looking in the mirror. Due to this, Justin finally decided to turn his life around. Despite some setbacks, he was still able to transform himself. Keep reading to see his incredible transformation.
My 600-lb Life: Justin McSwain’s Weight Loss Journey
Justin was determined to lose weight when he met Dr. Now. He quickly shed enough pounds to qualify for bariatric surgery. The My 600-lb Life alum continued working towards his goals despite the Covid-19 pandemic. By the end of his episode, he was able to shed 334 pounds. His last reported weight was 353 lbs. But Justin didn’t stop there. He continued to pursue his physical goals after the show. Many of his photos today indicate that she had lost much more weight after his program with Dr. Now. In January 2022, he shared three photos of himself two years apart from each other.
Justin Is Looking Like A Different Person Today
Justin also returned to social media to share a new photo of himself working on wood. According to the My 600-lb Life alum, the photo was taken during last year’s Christmas. Despite his thick jacket and mask, it’s clear that he’s looking a lot healthier than before. Many are also glad he’s now able to work and do things that he likes.

My 600-lb Life: What Is Justin McSwain Up To Today?
Many of Justin’s photos today indicate that he’s been making different wooden structures and other DIYs. In June of this year, the My 600-lb Life alum shared an impressive photo of the “quackhouse” he made.
The Quackhouse is complete! No plans, just an idea, free pallets, scrap wood, about $150 in material, and a lot of learning as I go. The most important part is it is secure, has good ventilation, and the ducks are safe and happy!
Justin McSwain has also been going strong with his wife, Jordan Steele. They love traveling together, and it’s clear that his mobility is no longer a problem. He has yet to share his current weight. But he’s been an inspiration to many due to the progress he made.
