Even with the setbacks, the My 600-lb Life alum shed 190 pounds. Her last reported weight was 471 lbs. Her journey after the show remains a mystery, as she kept a low profile. However, there are a few photos of her circulating online showing off a much slimmer figure, which may be an indication that she’s still following the weight loss regimens given by Dr. Now.

Not much is known about what happened to Erica after her episode. She used to share photos on her FB account. However, the page has only been filled with quotes about dealing with heartbreak. It also sparked speculation that she’s having trouble with her ex-boyfriend, Jimmy. Getting back with him was one of the My 600-lb Life alum’s motivations to lose weight.
