Kate Gosselin Appeals Judgement After $132K Lawsuit Loss
Kate Gosselin claimed that her ex, Jon owes her child support money. The former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star filed her complaint in March 2018. However, she lost and now, she’s not about to throw in the towel. Instead, she filed an appeal against the decision by the court.
Kate Gosselin Won’t Go Down Without A Fight
Jon left reality TV and TLC canceled the show. For years now, he has done a real job. Meanwhile, his ex carried on for a bit with reality TV. However, that seems to have dried up now. It was suspected that his ex-wife was so broke that she went back to nursing. However, it also seems that the information was wrong. Apparently, when she’s not fighting Jon for more money she’s looking for more work in reality TV.
Kate Gosselin sued Jon for money that was created by domestic relations in 2012. However, Jon felt that she claimed way too much. Plus, there were allegations that she’d used some money to fund her lifestyle. In October this year, a judge suggested that she look at other options to settle their dispute. Well, that just doesn’t sound like the Kate that TLC fans know.

Jon & Kate Plus 8 Alum Lost But Appeals
In November, the news arrived that Jon won the case. Jon and Kate Plus 8 fans thought that meant the end of the road. In fact, on social media, people joked about her getting out her old badge and going out to conquer the medical world. Even Jon Gosselin suggested that she go out and get a real job like he did.
Kate Gosselin might be struggling financially, but it seems that she doesn’t plan on taking her ex-husband’s advice. Instead, The Sun reported that she’s filed to appeal the court’s decision. The outlet noted in their article:
On December 11, Kate’s attorney filed a Notice of Appeal to the Superior Court of the November 14 order.
The outlet confirmed that an appeal had been filed.

It was a representative who spoke on behalf of Jon about Kate Gosselin’s appeal. The Sun cited them as saying:
Jon finally thought he was free of Kate’s endless legal attacks. Unfortunately, Kate can’t seem to let this go despite the judge’s decisions. This doesn’t look good for her. I’m sure the judges won’t take kindly to this. She is free now that all her children are in college. This seems like just another very desperate move to make money.
Once again, the former TLC star expressed the opinion that his ex-wife should “get a real job.”
