Fred then joined her endeavor and they set out to create artisan vegan cheeses that could taste better than traditional dairy cheese. Their goal was to create food that tasted good while also advocating for cruelty-free food. They worked with chefs, fermenters, and dairy cheese makers to create their unique form of cheesemaking.
