It’s been two weeks since the Golden Bachelor finale. Stunned viewers watched as Gerry Turner got engaged to Theresa Nist despite earlier professing his love to Leslie Fhima.
As Fhima picks up the pieces of her broken heart, Turner and Nist are building their new life together. That includes bringing their respective families together for the upcoming holidays.
Nist and Turner already shared their plans to create a new life together in South Carolina, a state neither of them currently live in. Theresa Nist is a New Jersey native, while Gerry Turner lives in a stunning lake house in Indiana.
The couple isn’t wasting any time when it comes to marriage. Unlike the usual prolonged engagements in Bachelor Nation, the two plan to marry in less than a month.
How To Watch Golden Wedding Special
Bachelor Nation viewers are invited to Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist’s wedding. It will air live on ABC in early January.
According to Reality Steve, the duo will wed in a familiar location. Their wedding will reportedly take place at the La Quinta Resort & Club in La Quinta, California.
The resort is where Season 16 of The Bachelorette was filmed.

Earlier this week, the Golden Bachelor couples stepped out together in NYC. It was their first official red carpet appearance as an engaged couple.

However, she put on a brave face and stunned in their first official public event together.
PEOPLE magazine reports the couple were dressed to the nines for the appearance.
During the event at the Times Center, Turner donned a navy jacket and trousers paired with a light blue dress shirt. He completed the look with a patterned tie.
Theresa Nist looked elegant in a tan dress, which she paired with a red overcoat.
