My 600-lb Life alum Brandon Scott is one of the most inspirational patients in Season 7. He weighed 718 pounds when he appeared on the show. The Ohio native was struggling to perform any basic tasks due to his obesity, which also affected his music career. Due to this, he decided to seek Dr. Now’s help to turn his life around. He was able to achieve his goals in the show, and he’s doing much better behind the cameras. Recently, Brandon shared stunning photos of himself looking like a different person. My 600-lb Life: Brandon Scott’s Weight Loss Journey
The first stage of Dr. Now’s program to qualify for bariatric surgery is one of the most difficult things to do. However, Brandon did what it took to get him through the process. The My 600-lb Life alum was able to shed enough weight and get himself the operation. He was emotional at first and almost quit the show due to the criticism he received, and when he got stared at by many people at the airport.
Many are impressed by his progress, considering that he was also suffering from lymphedema. After 12 months, Brandon was able to shed 383 pounds. His last reported weight was 353 lbs. He also had a very supportive girlfriend, Taylor Kunce, whom he proposed to after his episode and eventually got married. They’re now living in Nashville, Tennessee.

Brandon also took to social media to share pictures of himself showing off his major transformation. Earlier this month, the My 600-lb Life alum shared a selfie inside a recording studio. He has yet to share his current weight. But it’s noticeable that he’s looking a lot slimmer today. Brandon Scott also shared a sweet photo with his wife in November.

Brandon has been thriving in his music career since his successful story in My 600-lb Life. He’s been uploading clips from his recent gigs, and his audience keeps getting bigger. He recently revealed that his song, “A Very Merry Holiday,” got nominated for the best Christmas pop in The Holiday Music and Film Awards. He’s also encouraging his followers to keep listening to his song and hopefully win an award.
It’s clear to see that Brandon Scott was able to change his life. Despite staying discreet about his physical journey, it’s obvious in his photos he’s been living a healthy lifestyle. At this point, fans can only hope that he’ll soon share major updates about his progress.
