Live‘s Kelly Ripa makes people laugh on her ABC morning talk show, and she got that from her audience on a recent episode of Live with Kelly and Mark. She told her husband and co-host, Mark Consuelos that she finds Christmas super-exhausting. So, she proposed a solution.

Each year, the mom of Michael, Joaquin, and Lola Consuelos posts nice photos of her Christmas tree. This year, she revealed a stunning display of lights that got fans wishing she could decorate their tree. Mind you some people thought it might have been store-bought with the decorations already up. Then again, others thought it looked like the ABC host did it herself.

Kelly Ripa seems to like the idea of Christmas, but she gets tired. Bear in mind, that she arises very early in the morning to get to the studios. As she’s not a morning person, she probably struggles with it. Perhaps, that’s why she talks about retirement so often. This week, she talked about how the festive season makes her feel weary because of the season’s demands. Notably, others know how she feels.

The Sun reported that some laughter went the way of the couple when the subject of Christmas gift wrapping started.

Kelly Ripa told her co-host and husband Mark Consuelos that she’s ‘tired’ amid the holiday season.

The ABC star mentioned that someone on TikTok had the right idea. She explained why she wanted a hotel room.

There’s this woman on TikTok who is planning her third annual wrapping weekend. She books a hotel for two nights so she can wrap her gifts in peace.

Well, she likes it so much, that Kelly wants to do the same thing. Mark Consuelos didn’t object. In fact, he talked about booking a room for her “for a week!” That came after she grumbled about “being hunched over hiding in a corner or under a desk or in a closet or explaining to you why there’s glitter everywhere.”
