‘Golden Bachelor’ Gerry Turner Hints At Wedding Playlist
Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner has been being a bit more active on social media. Since his season wrapped up, he and Theresa Nist have been busy planning their wedding. The couple is getting married on January 4 on live television. As the couple continued to plan their big day, Gerry went to social media to share what appears a wedding playlist. Gerry Turner hints at wedding playlist
Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner went to Instagram to share what appears to be a wedding playlist. No doubt he and Theresa are coming up with must-have songs for their reception.
The list handwritten on a legal pad has songs that may surprise some fans. He captioned the post, “Could this be the start of a WEDDING playlist…..”
Theresa had already mentioned that they possibly wanted a band at their wedding. Perhaps they will end up having a mixture of a live band and also a DJ.
Some of the choices on Gerry’s list of songs for their wedding include Pink, Dua Lipa, Latto, Taylor Swift, Pit Bull and Adelle.
Plus, as an added bonus he had possible songs for their first dance listed. His top two choices were Celine Dion’s “The Power of Love” and Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You.”
So far Theresa hasn’t added her thoughts to the post.
Reactions to the list
Many fans went to the comment section to share that they loved songs Gerry Turner had chosen for their big day. Some voted for Celine Dion’s song to be their first dance. A few fans commented and noted that Gerry is a “swiftie” because Taylor Swift is on his list.
Susan Noles also commented on the post. She said she was going to be dancing all night.
At one point, Susan mentioned that she would love to officiate Gerry’s wedding to whomever he chose in the end. So far there is no confirmation if she was given the special honor.
Theresa has previously said that she is doing most of the planning with the help of her daughter. However, she did say that Gerry’s one request was that he get to wear a blue suit.
Bachelor Nation will get to join in on the festivities as these two lovebirds tie the knot just after the new year. The event will be shown live on ABC.
