‘Welcome To Plathville’ Are Ethan & Olivia Plath Finally Divorced?
TLC stars Ethan and Olivia Plath brought a lot of drama to Welcome to Plathville since the show first aired. Mainly, it was Olivia who upset the family. In October this year, the couple announced their official separation. Naturally, fans wonder if the couple filed for divorce yet. Read on to find out.
TLC Stars Ethan And Olivia Plath Are Done With Each Other
In Season 5 of Welcome to Plathville, things looked grim for the wedded couple. In fact, Ethan devastated his wife by saying that he wanted kids, but not with her. That must have been so painful to hear. It didn’t help that the entire Plath family turned against her. Finally, Barry and Kim’s oldest son told his wife that he was “done” with her.
Fans suspected that something went horribly wrong between Ethan and Olivia Plath when he was spotted dancing with another woman in a bar. Some people thought it was too obvious. So, they suspected that TLC manufactured a scene to bring more speculation about the situation. Sure enough, the separation rumors came true.
Welcome To Plathville Cheating Rumors
Welcome to Plathville fans thought that the split came because of Ethan cheating. However, they were surprised to hear Micah Plath say that it was the other way around. That came when he chatted to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. Mostly, people doubt that, including Oliva’s sister, Lydia Meggs. Whoever cheated, it seems that divorce is inevitable.
With everyone suspecting the split led to a divorce, InTouch Weekly decided to check it out. According to their findings, the TLC stars have not yet filed.
Ethan and Olivia have yet to file for divorce as of December 2023.
Ethan and Olivia Plath have had plenty of time to get through their decision and decide who is going to file for a permanent separation. Naturally, that makes some fans think that perhaps all the splitting drama might have been amped up for the show. And, the fact that Olivia insists on keeping her husband’s surname, also opens a possibility of reconciliation.
Np Divorce – Reconciliation Could Happen
Ethan and Olivia Plath have not done the paperwork for a divorce. Potentially, that means they might be able to appear together in another season of Welcome to Plathville. Perhaps they will try again. However, when Barry and Kim Plath divorced, TLC fans hadn’t really expected that to happen.
