‘BIP’ Update: Kat Izzo & John Henry Spurlock Still Engaged?
Kat Izzo and John Henry Spurlock got engaged on the Season 9 finale of Bachelor in Paradise. However, the finale was taped months ago. Are they still an engaged couple today? Keep reading to find out more.

Even with all the drama that happened throughout Season 9 of Bachelor in Paradise, Kat Izzo got her happily ever after or did she? Fans saw her and John Henry Spurlock get engaged on the season finale.
When it came time to decide to give each other roses or walk away single, Kat said her speech first. She said, “Coming into Paradise, I did not see this happening.” She went on to say she always wanted it but never felt like she really deserved it. Then, Kat said, “I’ve never felt so comfortable so quickly with a person in my entire life. And I definitely spent some time doubting myself and seeing this as too good to be true and waiting for something bad to happen because how could something so good come so easy. It’s because of you that I’m standing here right now, happy and incredibly at peace. I am fully and wholeheartedly in love with you.”
John Henry said that falling in love with Kat was very unexpected for him as well. He went on to say,
I’ve always, kind of, trusted my gut and I feel like in life that it’s helped me at times. Right now, my gut is telling me that it’s too soon — a lot of what ifs, is this real. But right now, I’m gonna try something a little different and follow my heart today. My hearts telling me that you are amazing, you are what I’m looking for. I really do see a future with you and I’m not falling in love, I am in love with you too. That being said, Kat will you marry me?
Of course, Kat said yes. They were happy and in love on that final day on the beach but are they still together?

After filming wrapped up, Reality Steve was able to confirm and spoil that they are in fact engaged and a couple. They were even seen together post show multiple times together.
Kat went to Instagram after the finale to share a collage of photos of herself with her fiance. She said it was some of her favorite moments. John Henry reshared her post.
It seems these two are still in love and engaged. Perhaps soon they will share more details about their relationship.
