Lisa Vanderpump Cries Over Ariana Madix’s ‘DWTS’ Performance
Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix absolutely performed to the best of her abilities during her Dancing With The Stars run. And her performances actually brought her costar Lisa Vanderpump to tears.
Ariana and her professional dance partner Pasha Pashkov didn’t win the Mirrorball Trophy. However, they did accomplish quite a bit and won the hearts and votes of many audience members.
During the Season 32 finale, Lisa Vanderpump showed up to cheer on Ariana Madix. The camera turned to Lisa, who offered up some words of encouragement for Ariana. What did she say?

Ariana Madix is having one whirlwind of a year. After getting caught up in the Scandoval drama earlier in the year, she went on to compete on Dancing With The Stars. And she released her new book,
Having Lisa Vanderpump’s support meant quite a bit to the reality star.
During the season finale, Alfonso Ribeiro caught up with Lisa Vanderpump to talk about Ariana’s progress in the competition.
“I never knew she was capable of anything so magnificent,” Lisa confessed during the DWTS season finale, getting misty-eyed as she spoke. “I’ve watched every week and it’s brought tears to my eyes. Good luck Ariana.”
During the finale, Ariana and Pasha received a 29/30 for their Samba and a perfect 30/30 for their Freestyle. They secured plenty of votes from fans, but ultimately finished in third place. Singer Jason Mraz and Daniella Karagach were the runners-up while actress Xochitl Gomez and Val Chmerkovskiy took home the Mirrorball Trophy.
But at the end of the day, Ariana learned quite a bit about herself and rediscovered her confidence. She didn’t win first place, but she had a wonderful journey of self-discovery.

Even though Ariana Madix and Pasha Pashkov didn’t win, viewers were excited to see them in the finale. Without a doubt, they deserved their spot. Dancing With The Stars is about having fun while learning to dance and Ariana did just that.
“If I could do rehearsals and performances every day for the rest of my life, I’d be happy. I find it so rewarding and fun,” the 38-year-old reality star shared with Us Weekly. From here, she will go on to star in Chicago on Broadway as Roxie Hart.
