TLC star Olivia Plath recently shared a cryptic message that seems to shade her husband, Ethan Plath. The Welcome to Plathville star has posted cryptic messages in the past. In October, she shared a quote by Heidi Priebe about how people change during their lives. Well, a lot changed for her because she and her husband reached the end of their rope.

Welcome to Plathville fans saw in Season 5, that things finally crumbled to the point of no return. Actually, it’s been a sad and ugly season on the whole. Fans already suspected a split because the news of a divorce was leaked by a member of the Meggs family. On the show, things came to a head. Ethan was the first to declare he was “done.” Additionally, they officially announced their split on social media.
After Olivia Plath announced the split, she seemed to try and act upbeat about her life. In fact, too upbeat, because she shared photos of herself on a trip with her sister. All was well in her world as she focused on her wedding photography. Well, a gal’s gotta do something! And, Ethan made sure she knew that he wanted out of the marriage.

Some TLC fans think that Ethan Plath’s wife seems to be a puzzle. For instance, she keeps her married name. While some people think it’s just for the brand, she clapped that names don’t only belong to men. In fact, she seems a bit hot and bothered about stereotyping. Then again, if they ever patch things up, it might be useful to keep the name for a time.
InTouch Weekly reported that Olivia Plath shared a cryptic post with her Welcome to Plathville fans. It came on Instagram stories, and she said:
I think one of the most profound forms of love is, ‘I’ll try that for you. I may not like it, but i’ll try it.’
The rest of the post was about pottery classes. However, the outlet’s writer wondered if she directed it at her husband. She also wrote:
It’s being willing to spend some of your time trying something new because it makes someone you love happy.
