‘The View’ Whoopi Goldberg Considers Risqué New Gig
The View moderator, Whoopi Goldberg, entertains the idea of a very NSFW career move on her 68th birthday. Not to mention, on the live show, her co-hosts egg her on and suggest she look into the risque career move. Additionally, she comments about how happy she is just to be alive.
Happy Birthday Whoopi Goldberg!
During Monday’s show, The View gave Whoopi Goldberg a bit of a birthday celebration on-air. As the panel entered the stage, the screen said “Happy Birthday Whoopi” and they played Midnight Train To Georgia by Gladys Knight, who performed later in the show. Then, Whoopi gave a quick plug for her Whoopi Prosecco to kick off the celebration. She also gave all the co-hosts a bottle and each guest a voucher. Also, she presented Sister Act-themed “cake dolls” to enjoy as well. Notably, Whoopi says she feels lucky to have reached 68, especially since her brother didn’t make it to that age.
Hot Topic On Defying Age
While some time was devoted to Whoopi Goldberg’s birthday wishes, afterward they moved on to the Hot Topic segment of the day. Whoppi says, “Listen to this because a lot of people are rethinking the concept of age.” Begrudgingly, she says, “Don’t do that.” Continuing saying, “Supermodel Carol Alt said she decided to start an OnlyFans account at 62, where she’ll post tasteful nudes.” Then Whoopi reads, “She said she’s doing it because it’s the first time in her career that she’ll have control over her own image.” Also, she adds, “And to show women, particularly, how beautiful women are at every age.”
Opening Up The Topic For Discussion
Additionally, Whoopi Goldberg poses the question, “Does it make you think like you can also do something like this when you get older?” And both Sara Haines and Sunny Hostin said they wouldn’t. However, Ana Navarro skipped right to talking about how amazed she is at the amount of money people make from OnlyFans. Saying, “Like six digits. Yeah, it’s big.” In response, Whoopi makes a shocked “Hmmm…” sound. Sunny interjects, “Yeah, it’s juicy.”
Whoopi Goldberg Gives It Second Thought
Pointedly, Ana responds to Whoopi Goldberg’s humming with, “Yeah, you might want to rethink.” Cameras pan to Whoopi’s face as she slightly cringes, but acts like she might consider it for the money. Then, Alyssa Farah Griffin chuckles and says, “Whoopi’s Next Act.” Continuing, Ana reiterates, “Whoopi, let me tell you something,” And Whoopi says continuing with the consideration, “Tasteful nudes?”
Then Sara confirms, “Tasteful.” Additionally, Ana suggests Whoopi pose with a bottle of her prosecco, as she turns to mimic the pose. With animated facial expressions, Whoopi Goldberg seems to think it might be worth considering for the income.
