'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Chops Off Her Own Hair Live

MTV’s Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans went live on TikTok this weekend and chopped off her hair. The reality TV star admits that she has a hairdresser she usually goes to for this type of thing. She, however, just didn’t feel like making the long drive just to chop a few inches of length off. So, she decided to try doing it on her own.

Jenelle Evans of Teen Mom told her followers her hairdresser probably wouldn’t like what she was preparing to do. She, however, didn’t feel like making the drive but wanted to get some length off her hair. While she was prepping to cut her hair, Jenelle did tell those watching her live not to listen to her as she didn’t really know how to cut hair. She was just telling them what she was doing.

She, however, did share that she also recently cut her daughter Ensley’s hair fairly short. Jenelle Evans boasted about how great of a job she did. Saying Ensley’s new cut looked perfect, she admits she came dangerously close to making her hair so short it was up to her ears.

The Teen Mom star proceeded to walk her followers through all of the steps as she cut somewhere between two and three inches off of her hair. After she was done, she gave fans one good look by striking a pose. Furthermore, she gave them a look at the amount of hair she cut off by holding it up for the camera.

MTV Fans React To Hair Cut

On Reddit, the OP who shared the video clip noted it looked like Jenelle gave herself a “crooked haircut.” Individuals claiming to be hairdressers popped into the comments to criticize her as well. One individual noted the session was “hilarious” because she would “look like a lampshade” when her hair dried.

One individual jested that Jenelle definitely deserved a bad haircut.

A few others questioned if Jenelle gave herself and Ensley a haircut because they were hiding in their home right now.

At the very end of her haircut, Jenelle Evans jumped off live. She said she had to “report to the she-shed” so her husband could take a look at her haircut. For many fans, this statement didn’t sit well with them. They thought it felt a little controlling of David Eason.
