Kourtney Kardashian Feels ‘Triggered’ By Tristan Thompson
On Thursday’s episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney Kardashian was upset by Tristan Thompson’s past cheating and expressed her feelings. The relationship lasted from 2016 to 2021. He has a 5-year-old daughter named True and a 15-month-old son named Tatum with her sister Khloe Kardashian. Just a few days prior to the birth of their daughter True in 2018, it was reported that Thompson, 32, had cheated on Khloe with multiple women. Khloe reported to US Magazine:
“I am really proud of myself for where me and Tristan are and how I am able to allow him to be the father he wants to be. But where I am at with Tristan has nothing to do with what I expect my family members to do. If Penelope has her feelings about Tristan, then rightfully so. And good for you, girl. I respect Kourtney’s feelings and the boundaries she’s put up with Tristan.”
The Kardashians Speak On Drama
Kourtney mentioned to The Kardashians that her 11-year-old daughter Penelope, whom she shares with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, along with her sons Mason,13, and Reign, eight, feels the same way. Kourtney rants and says she thinks Penelope may get it from her because she admitted to being triggered by him. She doesn’t like the way he treated Khloe at all.

Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian talked highly of him during Thursday’s episode. However, Penelope and Kourtney find it hard to be nice to Tristan Thompson. Kris and Kim told the cameras:
“We know Tristan has made some mistakes. I know he is really sorry for the way he hurt Khloé. And I am sure he regrets all of those mistakes every single day. It’s so crazy because he’s such a good friend and he’s such a good dad, but he just couldn’t get it together in that area of being a faithful boyfriend. It’s out of her hands. Khloé knows Kourtney is coming from a place of love and is very protective of her. It’s one of the things Khloé loves about Kourtney. She hopes that in time, Kourtney will come around.”

Tristan Thompson’s Past With Ex
Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson split in February 2019 after he kissed Jordyn Woods. They reconciled and separated multiple times before ending things for good in 2021. Thompson acknowledged fathering Maralee Nicholas’ son while expecting his second child with Khloé Kardashian through a surrogate. Despite their past issues, Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson co-parent amicably. However, Khloé’s niece Penelope has reservations about Tristan Thompson, which Khloé understands.
