Kim Kardashian’s Ex, Ray J’s Mom Rushed To Hospital

Ray J and Kim Kardashian’s relationship is most notoriously known for them being young and in love. Unfortunately, that love resulted in an infamous tape that haunted Kim for many years after it was made. More so, it seemed like she was only going to be known as that girl with the sex tape. Ultimately, she has made it as a successful mogul and mother. Plus, she is a killer reality star. Ray J has stayed in the limelight somewhat because of Kim and also because his sister is actress and singer, Brandy Norwood. Sadly, Ray J’s family is now in the media for a heartbreaking reason.

Kim’s ex’s mother, Sonja Norwood was rushed to the hospital, per TMZ. Apparently, she had a reaction to IV therapy which is known to be beneficial rather than harmful. It is essentially putting vitamins into your body. However, Sonja’s body could not handle it and sadly, it landed her in the hospital. Apparently, she was getting the drip, as many celebrities do to replenish themselves. Then, she allegedly felt light-headed which was cause for alarm. Eventually, Sonja’s breathing sped up and her family called for help. Ray J was there with her, as well.

Once at the hospital, Sonja was checked and eventually cleared. However, as beneficial as these IVs are, they do have side effects. Some include but are not limited to infection, rashes, blood clots, and air embolism. In an interesting twist, Kim Kardashian’s younger sister, Kendall Jenner was also hospitalized in 2018 after reacting poorly to an IV drip. She is known for loving anything natural so it is not unfounded that she would be a fan of the drips.

Parting Ways

When The Kardashians was in full swing, Kim Kardashian was getting ready to host SNL. She was clearly nervous and seeking advice from friends in the industry. Then, Kanye West came in like a superhero with all of her sex tape footage and information directly from Ray. He claimed that he met up with him and he handed over absolutely everything which made Kim’s heart burst. There have been some conflicting stories as to how this turning over of the footage went down but needless to say it is over and done.
