‘Bachelorette’ Alum Garrett Yrigoyen Gets Married In Hawaii

Becca Kufrin & Garrett Yrigoyen’s Messy Breakup
Garrett Yrigoyen was a contestant on Becca Kufrin’s season of The Bachelorette. He earned the coveted First Impression Rose on Night 1. During the season finale, Kufrin chose Yrigoyen over Blake Horstmann.
In 2020, two years after their engagement, Yrigoyen came under fire on social media for his stance supporting the police during that summer’s Black Lives Matter protests.
The couple officially broke up in August of 2020.
They Both Moved On
After their breakup, Kufrin was announced as a cast member on the upcoming Season 7 of Bachelor In Paradise. While on the beach in Mexico, she formed a connection with Bachelorette Season 17 contestant Thomas Jacobs, who Katie Thurston sent home amid accusations he was using the show as a bid to become the next Bachelor.
After two failed engagements, Kufrin was unsure of her feelings for Jacobs despite their strong connection. She broke up with him before the end of the show, but they reconnected after filming. Becca Kufrin and Thomas Jacobs recently welcomed their first child and confirmed they were married.
A few months after the end of his relationship with Kufrin, Yrigoyen was spotted out with a new woman. He confirmed his relationship with Alex Farrar a few months later by going Instagram official.
After two years of dating, the Bachelor Nation alum popped the question to the fitness trainer on a boat in San Diego in 2022. He took to his Instagram on November 4, 2023, to share photos and videos from their wedding day.

As you can see, the wedding decorations lean into the Hawaiian locale. He also posted gorgeous views of the island state. Many tagged photos from the ceremony popped up in Yrigoyen’s Instagram Stories.
One photo catches the bride as she walks across the beach toward her future husband. Her gorgeous white dress has lace flowers on it and shows a little leg with a thigh-high split.
A black-and-white snapshot shows the couple in the aftermath of their wedding, Farrar’s arm raised in celebration as Yrigoyen beams with happiness.
