My Big Fat Fabulous Life fans seem a bit shocked about what seems to be the removal of the words “Big” and “Fat.” If you wonder what’s happening, there was no announcement about any title changes. As it appears that Whitney Way Thore has lost some weight in 2023, is she determined to disassociate herself from her large-than-average history?

My Big Fat Fabulous Life Gets A Title Change?

MBFFL fans noticed that about four days ago, TV guides changed the title of the show. And, they are not happy about it. Of course, people always hate change in any show. However, Season 11 has been so controversial with the funeral of Babs and obnoxious behavior by Glenn’s daughter, that TLC fans seem furious about it.

MBFFL viewers took to Reddit and talked about the new title. It now appears to be “Whitney Thore My Fabulous Life.” Actually, several threads ran on the social media platform. In one of them, an OP wrote, “Just saw how the show is listed tonight. Instead of “My Big Fat Fabulous Life”, it’s listed as “Whitney Thore My Fabulous Life.”

A-Lister Title Change

Irritated MBFFL fans complained about it for a number of reasons. One contributor said, “Ma’am your life is NOT fabulous, in-fact it’s quite the opposite, it’s very sad, and it probably would have behooved you to have to do a proper re-brand… the network should’ve pushed back on this. I don’t get why they invest in anything relating to her.”

Meanwhile, others discussed the fact that Whitney Way Thore seems to think she’s some sort of A-Lister “celebrity.”

Nonetheless, others pointed out that it’s still listed as My Big Fat Fabulous Life on “Spectrum” and “Discovery Plus.”  Meanwhile, another person said, “I checked for next week, [and] it’s back to normal 🤔.”

What do you think about fans feeling unhappy because of the title change in the TV guide? Might it change in Season 12? Do you think that she just snubbed all of her larger-than-average-size fans by removing the word, “Fat?” Whitney Way Thore made herself off her size, but with the title change, it seems that she thinks some kind of A-Lister. Do you agree that it seems very odd? Did the TV guide make an error? Share your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
