Why Do TLC Fans Think Olivia Plath Might Be Bisexual?
For a start, it seems that Ethan’s ex seems to like the company of other women. Well, other women barring Moriah and Kim Plath. Also, she’s definitely more progressive than the other super-religious members of the family like Lydia. Additionally, she long ago threw over the religious teachings of her parents. When she posted about “attending a thousand funerals of the people they used to be,” maybe she was thinking of her own sexuality.
Welcome to Plathville fans also saw that Olivia Plath spoke about the possibility that she might be a lesbian. That came when she chatted with her younger sister, Lydia Meggs. TLC fans saw her say that she recalled her mom telling her that men at the pool would “undress” her in their minds. So, she didn’t want to be with men. Additionally, she claimed, “I remember thinking I might be lesbian.”

Clearly, the TLC star’s been giving some thought to gender preferences. On Reddit, Welcome to Plathville fans discussed the possibility that Ethan Plath’s ex might now explore her sexuality and come out as bisexual. An OP wrote:
With the latest announcement coming from Olivia about the breakup, something tells me we might get another announcement from Olivia. Little things she’s said here and there give me bi vibes, am I way off base?”
Some people in the discussion were really angry that a fan of the TLC show was questioning sexual preferences. Those who don’t automatically accept LGBTQI+ choices as normal these days, tend to get slammed. One person noted that it seemed odd to discuss Olivia Plath‘s sexual preferences, noting that it is “2023.”
