‘RHOBH’ Dorit Kemsley Robbed AGAIN Shortly After Home Invasion?
RHOBH star Dorit Kemsley alleges she was robbed again shortly after her home invasion that rocked her world. The break-in was shown on the Season 12 premiere and became a focal point. Now, as she tries to deal with the aftermath, the fashion designer is sharing the additional trauma she faced. Read on for more details.
RHOBH Dorit Kemsley Robbed AGAIN Shortly After Home Invasion?
In the Season 12 premiere of RHOBH, Dorit Kemsley’s home cameras showed her getting robbed. Men broke into her house while she and her two children, Jagger, and Phoenix, were asleep. She told them to take whatever they wanted as she was held at gunpoint. Furthermore, she pleaded to not hurt her kids or herself. At the time, her husband, PK was still in London. Dorit showcased that she and the kids had come home before him on social media. Therefore, the perpetrators, who were never caught, knew she was alone.
Her trauma became a major focal point of the season and how she would be able to handle being alone again. Fast forward to Season 13 and Dorit is seen arguing with PK. He seems to not understand her battle with PTSD as she is still overcoming what she went through with the home invasion. Now it seems it wasn’t just the robbery that got to her. According to Page Six, just a year after the burglary, Dorit claims she was robbed again. She discusses it in the upcoming episode of RHOBH which airs Wednesday, October 1st.
“Last Christmas was about 14 months after the home invasion, and I went to the bank, I took out $10,000 so I can have some money for Christmas gifts. I had my handbag in the shopping cart. When I got to the register, I realized that my handbag was gone.”
Apparently, the footage was reviewed and it was discovered that Dorit Kemsley had been “followed by three men.” Of course, she shared it tail spun her back into her PTSD mentality after losing one million dollars worth of items in her home robbery. However, she had said that the stuff did not matter as long as she and her family were safe.
Marital Problems
On the day of the Season 13 premiere of RHOBH, it came out that Dorit Kemsley and PK were separating. Though they have since denied this, they did admit they have had struggles over the past few years, some of which viewers will see. As Dorit is talking about her PTSD struggles, she is confiding in co-star Erika Jayne. She explains that PK has been traveling and in London for much of the year. This has been extremely hard because she really needed him and he simply has not been there for her. Prior to the home invasion, they had been robbed another time, as well.
