Fans Support Clayton Echard’s Legal Battle Through GoFundMe
The Bachelor Clayton Echard is facing a legal battle involving the anonymous woman who says she is pregnant with his twins. There has been a lot of back and forth with the case and it’s still ongoing. Yesterday, Clayton appeared in court to try and essentially get a protective order against her granted. The judge did not issue a judgment but rather there is a continuance which is scheduled for November 2. After seeing Clayton representing himself in court, YouTuber Dave Neal started a GoFundMe. GoFundMe established to help Clayton Echard
After Dave Neal and Reality Steve saw Clayton Echard representing himself in court yesterday, Dave decided to start a GoFundMe to help out Clayton. The money will be used so Clayton can hire an attorney to help him fight this ongoing legal battle.
The GoFundMe said,
Clayton Echard is facing several legal battles within the Arizona court system and could use a hand in hiring a lawyer to properly represent him in court. I have spoken personally with Clayton and while he never wanted to ask for a handout, it is evident that he can use the help of friends and family that want a fair legal battle.Clayton is the sole beneficiary of this fund. The funds will go directly to his account from here. Thanks for all the generosity!
At the time of this being published the GoFundMe had already raised $3200. Right now the goal is set at $5,000. Comments made about the court appearance
Fans have been on Reddit talking about the case and the live stream that was happening on Tuesday from Arizona. Many claim to have seen the woman adjust a fake belly bump. Others expressed shock the case was live streaming at all.
Recall, Clayton Echard and the woman in question have taken DNA tests. The test came back revealing little to no fetal DNA. This essentially means there is no baby. She maintains the test was not accurate. She will reportedly redo her part of the test.
The whole ordeal has cost Clayton money and has attempted to destroy his reputation. As the case continues and the truth comes out, we will keep you updated.
